Fully Prepared Tuscan Wild Boar Meal
Braised wild boar shoulder in wine & white beans, kale, sun-dried tomato, and pork belly, with an herb gremolata and garlic toast.
Each meal includes:
- 1 pack wild boar
- 2 pieces garlic toast
- 1 pack of gremolata
Wine pairing:
- White - Dry Riesling from Alsace, Italian Pinot Grigio, Fiano, Falanghina or Arneis.
- Red - Burgundy Pinot Noir or Gamay, Italian Dolcetto

Wild Boar - 15m
Garlic Toast - 10m baked from frozen in a 400F oven (this dish is gluten and dairy free without the addition of the garlic toast or gremolata)
Gremolata - shake over top of the finished dish
