Slow cooked pork in a San Marzano tomato sauce, flavoured with Parmesan rind, cured pork, and plenty of herbs and spices, on tagliatelle pasta, with garlic toast. Feeds two very comfortably.
Each meal includes:
- 1 pack bolognese pasta sauce 515g
- 1 pack tagliatelle pasta (dried) 9oz
- 4 pieces of garlic toast
Wine pairing:
- Red - Chianti, Chianti Classico or Brunello from Italy
Cooking Instructions:
Bolognese Sauce - 15m in simmering water
Pasta - Cook pasta as you regularly would in salted boiling water for 8-10m for al dente
Garlic Toast - 10m in a 400F oven
