Fully Prepared Bouillabaisse Meal
A seafood medley of jumbo prawns, scallops, cod, and mussels, in a lobster saffron broth, and rouille toast. the rouille toast is packed separately, the Bouillabaisse itself is gluten free.

Each meal includes:
- 1 pack Bouillabaisse (seafood stew) (includes, 3 jumbo prawns, 3oz haddock, and 5 mussels)
- 1 pack Rouille toast (2 pcs)
Wine pairing:
- White - Local Canadian Riesling, White Bordeaux (Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc)
- Rose - Local Canadian or French from Tavel or Provence
- Red - Dolcetto, Barbera, or lighter Chianti from Italy (high in acidity, low in tannin)
