Fully Prepared Brisket Pot Pie

House-made pot pie, stuffed with smoked & braised chunks of beef brisket, confit onions, potato & carrots in a rich brisket gravy.

Each meal includes:         

1, 5” pot pie.

Pairing:

  • Red - New World; California Cabernet or Zinfandel, Old World; Northern Rhone Syrah, or Right bank Merlot dominate Bordeaux (made in a more new world style)
  • Beer; Guinness or Kilkenny

Cooking Instructions:  

  • Preheat oven to 425F, cook 15 minutes, drop temp to 350F, cook for 45 minutes more. 

Feeds two with addition of salad, or one very hungry person
