515ml of Niagara sweet corn soup. (feeds two)
You can’t beat Niagara corn, this is one of our absolute favourite soups! This would be a go-to soup I would made for all different applications in a restaurant; in truffle season to pair with freshly shaved truffles, to pour around a perfectly seared scallop with a dollop of creme fraiche, or just perfect simply on its own. Its a great soup for starting off a dinner party, with it’s luxurious flavour and texture!
Cooking Instructions:
Corn Soup- 15m in simmering water, cut open bag and pour into bowl.
